Emilee Gaitten graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology from ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ in spring 2019, and described finishing her degree at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Marion as, "the best thing that ever could have happened for my education."
Inspired by loved ones who've fought cancer, ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Marion biology major Shayaan Rasheed intends to honor their struggles through his research efforts towards working to eliminate cancer and its pervasive effects. Rasheed becomes the fourth ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Marion recipient of ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ’s highly prestigious Pelotonia Undergraduate Fellowship in the past seven years.
